Reviews
5 stars Astrid 1 & 2 are a fantastic read – fast-paced action that takes a roller coaster ride across an exquisitely imagined world. With books filling out her back story, and more adventures to come, Astrid Peterman must rank amongst the best female heroes in modern fiction.
5 Stars I read Astrid book 1 last year and thought it was great. I bought Astrid book 2 from the author at a market late last year and was equally impressed. The tone of book 2 is grittier but fits with the story. I met the author again and bought a signed copy of Astrid book 3, which I shall review in due course. I will also revisit Astrid book 1 so that I can review that. TG Trouper told me that there is a book 4 in production and hinted that it is an altogether different take on the story of the war and Astrid’s role in it.
