Abused To Death 5: My Name is Gabriel Fernandez - Abused To Death 5

Formats: E-Book, Paperback

Ages: 18+

This is the first standalone story in the series.

Some of you will have seen the Netflix documentary: 'The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez', making Gabriel's one of the best known cases in the US, and beyond.

With the kind permission of family members, I have told the story of this little boy's idyllically happy early childhood, living with his two loving uncles. That all changed when his mother demanded him back.

I include several photos of Gabriel at school and at play, but I leave the photos of his injuries, and after his death, to the media.

Reviews

I have read Gabriel’s story and wish to congratulate you on another great book. It is heartbreaking that this child was so loved before being sent back to his mother and to a life of hell and suffering that no child should have to go through. As a mother and grandmother I find it in uncomprehending that anyone can hurt a child. They are so pure and innocent and should remain that way. I realise there is evil in the world but why bring children into there evil world. These so called mothers should be jailed for life and not a matter of months where they can go on and have more children with no thought to their child that is dead because of them. We need to fight for these children who lives were terror and pain before they finally gave up and were finally free of pain. Thanks to Jessica Jackson we can raise awareness even if it only saves one child from harm that would be amazing.

I found this book very upsetting as there were alarm bells ringing but yet not one person did anything to help this kind caring little boy. The torture he received was heartbreaking to read. There needs to be a better system as the caregivers are given more tights than the actual children to which they abuse. It broke my heart reading this but also I find that nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors. These doors need to be kicked in and the abusers need to be tortured in the same way they torture the children in there care if not more until they can't take anymore. R.I.P GABRIEL FERNÁNDEZ your story has been told and listened to
