A must read: I've read the first 3 books in 3 days As horrible as the subject is, Ms Jackson tells the heart wrenching stories of these beautiful babies who have been murdered at the hands of the ones who were suppose to love, nurture and protect them, Ms Jackson writes these stories with heartfelt sincerity and love as their "voices" . Please keep informing people, keep educating and teaching others what to look for. I've cried and cant put the books down, im ready to read the rest of her books. I've read 3 so far and just want more. My heart goes out to you in your research it must be terrifying but its a must to educate and inform. Thank you for bringing this terrible untalked about subject to the front. For all to see. 5 stars from me a true crime fan-atic!

I would recommend this book to anyone supporting our children. We can't be neglectful in our responsibilities to safeguard the most vulnerable. I read these stories to help me remain alert to those families I support and the potential for harm to children and young people. Many people who walk among you have been through childhood trauma, including me. I survived but so many don't. I am greatful to work with families and keep watch over our children for safety.

These books are incredibly difficult to read and almost as hard to critique, but are essential in order to hopefully prevent any more innocent babes suffering such agony at the hands of their own parents. I wish that every single person who has any official contact with children be encouraged to read these books to stop these tragedies from ever happening again. There is a reason why everyone rated this book five stars, Jessica does a superb job writing them. All the info is there, but explained as subtly as possible, not shoved in your face. The stories are heartbreaking as no one can grasp why parents would go to such extreme measures of maltreatment to the extent of killing their own child. Thank you Jessica for your determination to keep researching these horrific stories. I do definitely agree with you that McLean is the very worst offender I've read so far.
