I can actually believe a story like this happening from experience! Ruby Scott must have been hiding out in the ER in Waterbury! She would have seen first hand how Doctors, RN’s, PA’s and housekeeping staffs worked so hard to care for the poor in our community. The many love stories that happened around us was invigorating. I am so glad to have a story like this to share, it just makes me smile. The characters obviously are believable, as are the back stories! Ms Scott is a gifted writer for sure.
Always a great read Great romance awakening story. It’s never too late to discover the beauty and healing power of love. Love is timeless, not caring about age, profession, economic position or anything else we list on our minds as important and this story weaves it beautifully.
