I thoroughly enjoyed T.A. Muller King’s first book, Death’s Shadow. Authors like Alex Kava, Karin Slaughter, and James Patterson have always been my favourites, and I never thought anyone could compare, but T.A. Muller King has now become my favorite author. Death’s Shadow is unpredictable, cleverly written, and keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t put it down and finished it in just three days. I can’t wait for her next releases, and I’m already looking forward to purchasing a physical copy for my bookshelf at home. This book truly deserves a permanent spot on the shelf. If you’re looking for your next gripping read, I highly recommend giving this book a try!
I’m not a natural crime novel reader, but this debut story from T A Muller-King had me hooked from the first page. Not only is this fast paced & has the reader guessing all the way to the end; it also has some great characterisation that brings originality to this genre. What I also loved was the way it weaves a social conscious and awareness into the story that gives it an edge over the competition! Well recommended!
A really great read that I thoroughly enjoyed. The author does a wonderful job of developing the characters, and I felt like I got to know them so well that I became completely invested in their journeys. From the very beginning I was drawn into the story, and it kept my attention all the way through to the end. It’s one of those books where you become so immersed in the world and the people within it that it’s hard to put down. An engaging and memorable read that I would happily recommend.
