A poignant insider's look at being married to a military spouse. As I read this emotionally charged story, I felt myself rooting hard for Deanna and Daws to triumph and succeed against the odds of geography, exploitation, job discrimination, and the conduct restrictions of soldiers. Even after I finished the book, Deanna and Daws remained vivid in my mind. With a daughter in the serivce, this book was right up my alley.
