Agnes and Lesley are a couple “on more than a break.”

For years, Agnes ruled the pantomime stage in her thigh-high boots and glitter. Now in her sixties, she’s desperate for one last starring role. Lesley, on the other hand, wants her partner to hang up the suspenders and grow old quietly. She is fed up with constantly pandering to her other half’s ego.

When the lead goes to a younger woman, Lesley has hope, and pictures evenings without sequins and weekends without matinees… until Agnes accepts a minor comic role. Lesley, in a rage, leaves her partner for good, vowing never to see her again, until she is offered a funnier part, sparking a laugh-off feud that could go either way.

Will the two women collide, or will performing together rekindle their love?
