Nash - Honorably Discharged 4
Formats: E-Book, Audio, Paperback
Ages: 18+
After my brothers-in-arms have all moved out, I’m suffering from a kind of empty nest syndrome. The only one left is Forest, Creek’s little brother.
Except he’s not that little. He’s seriously hot and sassy, and the way I dream about him is anything but brotherly.
But he’s too young for me, too innocent. Too…perfect. He doesn’t need a man with my kind of baggage.
When he gets sick, I’m there for him, even when he allows no one else in.
I will do anything to take care of him…and that includes marrying him so he’ll have health insurance.
But when fake becomes real, I don’t know what to do. Forest may need me, but how do I explain to him that I need him just as much?
Nash is the fourth book in the Honorably Discharged Series, which can be read as standalones but are much more fun if read in order.
Reviews
Loved loved loved this book. I am a sucker for a main character that faces an illness and having the other main character being a support to them. I loved seeing Nash bring down his walls and Forest learning and accepting his limits. As always, it's great to see the other characters back in action and the authors did an amazing job showing glimpses into where they are now. I am sad to see this series come to an end, but what an amazing series it was! Ioved that while this book, and series, was written by two authors, you would never know it. I love both these authors and their collaboration on this series was spectacular.
I have read the whole series of these books now and I loved every one of them but I think ‘Nash’ ekes ahead as my favorite 🤩 I thought the authors wove their characters lives together in less than typical ways. Telling the stories of veterans who all had gone through a traumatic event together was sobering and heartbreaking yet uplifting. I loved rooting for them all to get their HEA and they did. I highly recommend this series and I know I will reread it soon.
