Mike Cleveland explained Roman’s 6-8 in a simple yet profound way. As he teaches through each verse and section of Romans, he then illustrates it, usually from Old Testament passages, and then applies it to our lives. It is engaging, transforming, and genuinely helpful. After completing a thorough study through this material, I can say with my whole heart that I have grown in my understanding of the gospel, the love of Christ for me, and how to fight sin. Spoiler - it isn’t by trying harder - true growth found by going deeper in your relationship with Jesus. This book practically helped me to do this.
