Reviews

5.0 out of 5 stars A book to read again and again This is an interesting book that focuses on the internal. It encourages us to remove the unwanted data (the meaning we give to the memories we carry that stop us moving forward). It speaks to me of being present, in the current moment. It reminds me of meditating. That we should just 'be'. I hear it as the hurt that has been done in the past is over, the things that were said and done are gone and cannot be changed, that is not who we are, we have allowed others to infiltrate our sense of self and damage it when we should have protected it, what people think of us is unimportant, it's what we think and feel that determines who we are. If we are authentic the people who see us and accept us for who we are will come into our lives anyway and stay for however long they are supposed to which can be out of our control. What is to be, is to be, to fight against it causes us stress. Read the book - I did twice and i suspect I will again. Lily Lawson
