Originally from London I now live near Cape Town SA with my South African husband. I worked for many years in primary schools producing classroom resources for young learners and encouraging children, my own included, to develop their literacy and creative writing skills. I also trained teachers to help children produce their own picture books and classroom newspapers. Now I have the time to follow my passion and write my own stories under my pen name Jane Fernwood. I have also trained as a Reiki Master and stress management consultant. In addition, I am trained as a Reiki Master and clinical hypnotherapist.
