Power Trip - The Eric Swan Thriller Series 1

Formats: E-Book, Audio, Paperback, Hardback

Ages: 18+

Eric Swan can be killed - but he can never die.

Swan is a field operative for Q2, a classified counter-espionage unit so far off the books that almost no one in government knows it exists. His edge isn't superhuman strength or a gadget arsenal. It's something far stranger: when Swan dies, his consciousness is downloaded into a new body and he wakes up wearing someone else's face. Same mind. New skin. Back to work.

It's kept him alive through things that should have ended him. It's also starting to raise questions he can't shake — about identity, about memory, about whether the man who wakes up in that new body is still really him.

Now a pair of ruthless siblings with a grudge and a grid-killing arsenal are targeting the nation's power infrastructure. Millions of lives. A swarm of hired killers. And Swan working a case while quietly wondering if the technology that saves him is slowly hollowing him out.

Power Trip is the first book in the Eric Swan series — sharp, funny, and impossible to put down.

"Swan is a new kind of super spy: A little science fiction, a little Deadpool-type sense of humor, and a big heart."

"Right up there with my favorites — Patterson and J.D. Robb."

"Edge of your seat, but you'll be laughing as well."

Reviews

I just devoured this book! I couldn’t wait to learn more about Eric Swan and Q2. I love his sarcasm and wit. I’m a big fan of this genre and this book did not disappoint!

Well written and a believable story line. I’ve never been one to read any type of spy thriller, but I hit pay dirt with this series and this author. Eric Swan is a character you can get behind, and Dom Testa has done a wonderful job weaving science and spying together into a must read, hard to put down novel. I love the premise, and I can’t wait to jump into the next book.

Eric Swan is a new kind of super spy. He has a little bit of everything going on: A little science fiction, a little Deadpool-type sense of humor and a big heart. Interesting combo for a killer, but a really good read. He gets to go after bad guys and enjoys it, but also worries about how much he enjoys it. A spy with depth and character. I am looking forward to this series.
