One of the best mysteries I’ve read. The character development was excellent. Having grown up in small town Minnesota the town was perfect. The twist and turns in the plot kept me engaged and turning the pages. I would recommend this mystery to all lovers of mysteries.
Fantastic mystery set in small town west-central Minnesota! I loved it- an absolute page turner for me. So vividly written- I feel like I know Cassie and Dale and some of the other characters!
This is possibly the best book I've read in ages. With Minnesota background complete with lakes, cabins, tornadoes and a body thrown into the mix, there was always a twist or turn to navigate. The author writes with a wonderful sense of humor and ties to her Minnesota upbringing. Great book. Highly recommended.
