A year ago, a drunken conversation brought to light a longing they both have. However, each thinks the other was drunk and didn’t know what he was saying, although each man knows he meant it.

When their VP meets a woman who captivates him, she brings her younger sister, Raine, to the attention of the Ares. She’s young, beautiful, and innocent. Not what Phalanx and Bullet are usually drawn to, but in Raine’s case, they’re instantly mesmerized.

As their club weathers the drama in her older sister Piper’s life, they encounter some of their own. A few are everyday relationship challenges.
