Couldn't put it down Once again, Amy Winters-Voss has written a gripping story. In volume two of the Liminal Chronicles, we follow Umeji Tatsuya and his friends deeper into the ancient magic societies lurking beneath present day Japan, this time as they fight to save the kitsune from extinction. Once again, I had to read it in one sitting, I kept wondering what would happen next! And while the ending was satisfying and wrapped up all the major loose ends, I still can't wait to see how they adapt to the aftermath of this adventure in book three.
Lose yourself in this liminal Urban Fantasy world! Plenty of action and drama in a book that plays out like an anime in your head! A beautifully interwoven Urban fantasy where myth and magic meets modern day japanese culture. And characters that you can't help growing fond of as they navigate the world of The Liminal Chronicles. I really hope there will be more in this series!
I loved this urban fantasy set in Japan, treated with respect and a love of the culture. The characters are relatable and drew me in. I look forward to the next adventure in the series!
