She was terrified... but his arms provided some comfort, even if it was just a distraction from the relentless howl of the wind outside.
Newly divorced paramedic Anna Weaver never expected to face a hurricane head-on—especially not with her former high school sweetheart by her side. Ready to heal from the emotional and physical pain of her failed marriage, Anna returns home to Magnolia Hill with her teenage daughter for a fresh start. But between small-town gossip and old wounds, rebuilding isn’t easy—yet Anna is determined to prove she’s strong enough to care for them both on her own.
Still grieving the loss of his wife, Chief Meteorologist Jason Morrison lives for the weather and his daughter—until Anna walks back into his life like a storm he didn’t see coming. When he invites her to join him on assignment to cover Hurricane Gerard’s landfall—just like old times—it’s only as friends.
But as the wind howls and the rain pours, a different kind of storm brews between them—one filled with second chances, hope, and maybe even the courage to love again. Yet the winds of heartbreak, grief, and fear won’t die down easily. Can they find shelter in each other before the storm passes for good?
Full of heart, healing, and Southern charm, Hurricane Beach is a clean and wholesome second-chance romance about love, hope, and weathering life’s storms together.

Absolutely charming story. I found myself rooting for Anna the entire book! I want more!
Such a sweet, well told story. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and recommend it. I love when an author writes so descriptively that I can envision where it is set. Anna and Jason were a teenage couple who went their separate ways. Years later they reconnect when Anna moves back home. I loved everything about this book: the interesting characters, being able to be in Magnolia Hill, teenage angst, storm chasing and most of all a happily ever after. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
I absolutely loved this book! Adorable, sweet, cute- however you want to say it! It's full of life and a story that is hard to put down! I loved it!!
