Fifteen-year-old Kristin Magnuson is used to standing out for all the wrong reasons. So when she's chosen to represent Earth as part of the Youth Ambassador program, she's excited for a fresh start, a chance to make friends from other planets, and most importantly, an opportunity to prove herself.

But as she and her new friends embark on their first diplomatic assignment, they find themselves at the center of a deadly interstellar conspiracy that forces her to question everything she thought she knew about herself and her family.
