Movieville explores the thrills, spills and suspense – with a dose of dry humour, sprinkled and stirred – of a fantastical movie world – with references aplenty – created inadvertently by the fusion of Moviemagic! and Creative Energy by a burnt-out film critic. Propelled there, the protagonists are instantly merged with fictional Counterparts, thrust into film-like scenarios and menaced by sinister Extras and Agents deployed by the enigmatic Movieville Moguls. They run, aided by a conflicted Agent and an automobile that’s the first and last of its kind, searching for answers, and a portal to the mythical Land of Independents.
