I lived abroad up until I was 15, reading was the trigger to me wanting to write stories. I spent many years in the military and then became a manager and trainer at the institute of leadership and management. For the last 13 years I have conducted ceremonies for Glasgow City council, including: weddings, partnership, and citizenship ceremonies, which have all been interesting and inspirational. In 2024 I attended the Stockholm Writers Festival to learn more about creative Writing I set up, with Sam McGurran and Sophie McMillan, the Gorbals Writing Group 8 years ago. Subsequently I set up Writing Visionaries on Facebook 5 years ago with Dr Kirstie Close in Australia. For the last 2 years I have been helping with creative zoom sessions to Children in the UK, USA and Australia who suffer from long covid. And ME. Creative Writing (and Art) Kingdom was set up by Sarah Priest, Pattie Kelley Fuller and myself. We helped the children with Long Covid to be published in 2024. In 2019 my first book- Essentary was published and subsequently I have published 10 further books with the most recent being Unity. Many of my books have been illustrated by the following ladies. Pattie Kelley Fuller and Christi C Neff who reside in the USA and Jackie Hussey Poulouktsi in Greece.
