Jodi Thompson Carr is a University of Washington graduate and a third-generation Seattleite. She is a member of the Authors Guild, the Alliance of Independent Authors, and the Pacific Northwest Writers Association. Lunch Ladies is her first novel. Jodi's previous pursuits have focused on philanthropy, education, and human services. After those careers - which included writing hundreds of documents about people she didn't know - Jodi decided it was time to flip this writing thing on its head.
