The Red Chair

When Naomi inherits a remote cottage from an ex-lover, she arrives in North Devon seeking escape in solitude, but, under a quirk of the will, her ex-lover’s brother, Gordon, has taken up residence.

Naomi has an unpleasant history with Gordon, so she retreats to the local hotel, where she is haunted by disturbing memories, and she encounters Meghan, a witchy Welsh artist. The two women are drawn to each other by curiosity and hostility when it transpires they both have a connection to Gordon.

Naomi determines to leave, but an accident detains her. Her feelings are further confused when she meets handsome local osteopath, Patrick. But can she come to terms with the past in order to forge herself a future that rejects solitude and instead embraces love and friendship?
