Jill runs jfeditorial from her studio in leafy Hampshire, UK. After working in education and the NHS, she retrained and studied proofreading, copyediting, developmental editing and book coaching. In almost twenty years of editing and coaching she has worked with many authors, including several award winners. Since joining the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading, she has become an Advanced Professional Member and a course tutor. She has presented on editing subjects including at CIEP annual conferences, with the Society of Authors, the Hampshire Writer’s Society and the University of Roehampton. She is an avid reader and passionate about stories. When not reading, Jill enjoys swimming and long-distance walks.
