I began writing a few years ago, initially as a way to get a story that was stuck in my head down on paper. I quickly discovered that I loved the process of writing and building strange new worlds. It also became a really helpful way for me to cope with the ups and downs of living with bipolar disorder. My debut book, Creatures – a post-apocalyptic horror set in Britain, where a lab accident unleashes mutated rats – was released in July 2018. At the time, I just wanted to see if anyone would enjoy the story I had to tell. The response was better than I ever expected, and that encouragement (along with how much I enjoyed writing) kept me going. Since then, I’ve written two more books in the Creatures series, a sci-fi novel called The Next Stage, and a horror novel, Blindsighted. Most recently, in 2024, I released Short Sharp Shock – a collection of short horror stories that lean into the eerie, uncomfortable, and downright weird. In 2025, I completed a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Creative Writing, and I’m still writing whenever I can. You’ll find new short stories here on my website and also over on TikTok, where I post mini tales that (hopefully) give people a chill. I hope people continue to enjoy my writing, and I’m hoping that this website and the subsequent blogs will help me reach more of the community. My blog posts will feature video game reviews and retrospectives, book reviews, and updates on what I’m currently working on with my writing, as well as writing tips and thoughts on the process. I’ll also occasionally touch on mental health topics
