Playing in a mariachi band is murder! When violinist Andy Veracruz starts paying more attention to the customers than to the songs, he learns too much for his own good. He becomes an amateur sleuth out of self-defense, but when the boss's mischievous wife is implicated in a fellow musician's death, he's not sure whether to help her or look for a new gig. This humorous mystery takes place in California in modern times. Andy doesn't set out to solve a murder mystery, but once he's in danger, he doesn't have a choice. He has to start investigating before it's too late for him and his mariachi band too.
