Claire Buttrum is a somatic therapist, neurodivergent woman and author based in Cambridgeshire. A former dancer trained at Rambert Ballet School and yoga teacher of nearly 30 years, she spent decades moving what she couldn't say before she found words for it. Her first novella Little Bird (Bright Raven Press, 2026) follows a family navigating clinical misdiagnosis, invisible siblings, and the gap between a label and a lived human experience. Her second title, Distant Sky, follows in January 2027.
