Wyatt in the Wyld: My Wyld Heart Knows is a rhythmic, reflective children’s book rooted in mindfulness and emotional awareness. Originally written from nighttime and journal reflections with my son, the book became something bigger than either of us. The same lines I wrote for Wyatt became reminders for me and for the grown-ups reading them out loud. Through gentle rhyme and layered collage-style art, the book explores connection — to mind, body, and spirit… to past, present, and future… to the natural elements woven inside of us and all around us. It honors the parts of ourselves that are still evolving. The repetition is intentional. The rhythm is meant to stay with you.
